The order of first ionisation is -

                 \downarrow                      \downarrow           \downarrow
\mathrm{IE_{1}\rightarrow 496}                737         786    
 

So, \mathrm{IE_{1}} of \mathrm{Al} should be between 496 and 737 KJ|mol.
among the option only 577 is suitable for above criteria.

Option (3) is correct.
