Condition for strectching of wire is ,

\mathrm{R \propto l^{2}} \\

\mathrm{\frac{\Delta R}{R}= \frac{2\Delta l}{l}=2} \\

\mathrm{\frac{\Delta R}{R} \times 100=200 \%}

Hence the answer is \mathrm{200}
