Velocity of electron in nth  orbit is
\mathrm{V_{n}= V_{0}\left ( \frac{Z}{n} \right )}
For  \mathrm{He^{+},}
\mathrm{V_{1}= V_{0}\left ( \frac{2}{3} \right )\; \rightarrow (1)}

For Hydrogen atom ,
\mathrm{V_{2}= V_{0}\left ( \frac{1}{3} \right )\; \rightarrow (2)}

\mathrm{\frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}}= \frac{2}{1}}

The correct option is (4)
