Let the number of yellow balls be \mathrm{x}, that of black be \mathrm{2x} and that of green be \mathrm{y}. Then

\begin{array}{rlrl} x+2 x+y & =20 \quad \text { or } & 3 x+y=20 \\ \Rightarrow \quad y & =20-3 x . \end{array}

As 0 \leq y \leq 20$, we get $0 \leq 20-3 x \leq 20

\Rightarrow 0 \leq 3 x \leq 20$ or $0 \leq x \leq 6

\therefore \quad  The number of ways of selecting the balls is 7 .
