\\ \text{Let acceleration of blocks be 'a'. F.B.D of the blocks-}

     

\\ \text{From F.B.D of 2kg block-}

T_{1}-20=2a\ ...(1)

\\ \text{From F.B.D of 4kg block--}

T_{2}-T_{1}=4a\ ...(2)

\\ \text{From F.B.D of 6kg block-}-

60-T_{2}=6a\ ...(3)

\\ \text{Adding equation (1), (2) and (3), we get}-

\\ 40=12a\\\\ \Rightarrow a=\frac{10}{3}

\\ \text{From equation (3)-}

\\ 60-T_{2}=6\times\frac{10}{3}=20\\ T_{2}=40N
