As we learned in concept

Lyophobic Colloids -

The word lyophobic means liquid hating substances like metals, their sulphides, etc. when simply mixed with the dispersion medium do not form the colloidal solution. Such solutions are called lyophobic colloids.

-

Extrinsic colloids or lypholic colloids are made of liquid hating sibstances and they do not have much affinity for dispersion medium. Examples are solutions of metals like silver, gold, sols of metal hydroxides, metal sulphides and oxides etc.

Clearly, all the options fit the definition and are extrinsic colloids.
