As we learnt in

Saturation Current -

When all the photoelectrons reach the plate A, current becomes maximum known as saturation current.

- wherein

Plate -A - Anode

Plate -C - Cathode

As we change wavelength, the energy of incident photon changes. with increasing value of \lambda, the number of ejected electrons decreases and after a cut off value current becomes zero.

Hence correct graph is 3

Option 1)

Option 3)

This is the correct option.

Option 4)
