Let \mathrm{V_{B}} is the potential of bigger drop and \mathrm{V_{s}} potential of small drop.

use, \mathrm{V_{B}=n^{2 / 3} V_{s}\quad -(1)}

but , \mathrm{n=27}. put ins (1) we get.
\mathrm{ V_{B}=(27)^{2 / 3} V_{s}}
\mathrm{V_{B}=\left(3^{3}\right)^{2 / 3} V_{S}=3^{2} V_{s}}

\mathrm{V_{B}=9 V_{S} \rightarrow 9} times. Ans
