\mathrm{=1000 \Omega} \\

\mathrm{{i} =\frac{20}{1000} \mathrm{~A}}

Reading of voltmeter

\mathrm{=i \times 400} \\

\mathrm{=\frac{20 \times 400}{1000}=8 \text { volt }}

Hence correct answer is 8
