Concentric loops but their planes are at an angle \theta with each other -

 

B=\sqrt{B_{1}^{2}+ B_{2}^{2}+2B_{1}B_{2}\cos \Theta}

- wherein

 

 But,

B_{ net}=\sqrt 2 B

\frac{B}{B_{ net}}= \frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}
