As we learnt ,

Upon reaction with oxygen, Lithium forms the mono-oxide, Sodium forms the Peroxide and Potassium, Rubidium and Caesium form the Superoxide.

Increasing stability of peroxides and superoxides from Li to Cs is due to stabilization of larger anions and cations through lattice energy

Therefore, option(4) is correct.
