As we learnt,

Greater the number of groups exerting -I effect, more is the stability of the conjugate base and stronger is the acid.

Out of the given acids, \mathrm{CF_3COOH\ and\ CCl_3COOH} have halo groups which show -I effect while \mathrm{HCOOH} has H which exerts Zero Inductive effect.

So, only \mathrm{CH_3COOH} has a group which exert +I effect and hence its conjugate base will be the least stable

Hence, the correct answer is Option (3)
