As we learn

Determination of specific heat capacity of a given solid -

S= \left ( \frac{H+M}{m} \right ) \times \frac{\bigtriangleup t}{\bigtriangleup T}

- wherein

S= specific heat

H= Heat cap of calorie metre

\bigtriangleup T = Temperature gain by object

\bigtriangleup t =  Temperature loss by body

m= mass of solid

M= mass of calorimeter

 \frac{\Delta Q}{\Delta t}= ms\; \frac{\Delta T}{\Delta t}\Rightarrow \frac{\Delta T}{\Delta t}=\left (\frac{\Delta Q}{\Delta t} \right )\frac{1}{ms}

\therefore \; \frac{\Delta T}{\Delta t}\alpha\frac{1}{s}

Since slope of C is lowest , hence its specific heat is highest.
