As we have learnt, for any element

Anionic Size > Atomic Size > Cationic Size

This is because of the change in effective nuclear charge. Electron gain decreases effective nuclear charge while Ionisation increases effective nuclear charge.

So, the correct order is 

I^-> I > I^+
