Physical adsorption of a gas by a solid is generally reversible. Thus solid+gas \rightleftharpoons gas/solid + heat
the extent of adsorption changes with changes in pressure and temperature. So, physical adsorption is multi-layer, non-directional, and non-specific.

Chemical adsorption is unilayer due to layer form because of the reaction. Chemical adsorption is stronger than physical adsorption due to strong forces between adsorbate and adsorbent.

So, All are correct.
