A and B are partners of a company. A wanted to make a deal with a company and for that, he needed the signature of B but B was not in favour as it was unethical. On one fine day with other documents, B made A sign the same documents. Decide

When the making of the false document is in the preparation stage then the offence of forgery is said not to have been committed but when it enters the next stage like in this case it has been signed then it can be said the preparation stage was over. Hence Option A is correct.
