CAA 2019 provides a pathway to Indian citizenship for persecuted minorities (Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis, and Christians) who have entered India on or before December 31, 2014, from these three specified countries due to religious persecution. It does not apply to other neighboring countries like Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, China, Myanmar, or the Maldives. hence option A is the correct one.
