Can I do upsc in third year of BA LLB Hons

You can start preparimg for UPSC but you cannot appear for the exam until you complete the entire Integrated Course. BA LLB is a combination of UG and PG course studied as one course with 2 degrees. So you do not get 2 different course completion certificates and 2 degree certificates each after BA and LLB.
