Raj offered to sell his bike to Raj kapoor at the price of Rs. 4 lakhs. Rajkapoor replies that he is ready to buy the bike at Rs. 2.5 lakhs only. Raj refuses to sell at that price. Later, Rajkapoor goes to Raj with Rs. 4 lakhs to buy the bike. Is the offer to Rs. 4 lakhs still valid?

The offer of Rs. 4 lakhs is not valid with a counter offer of Pranav being made.

The offer of Rs. 4 lakhs still stands for Pranav to buy the bike


Option: 3

The offer of Rs. 4 lakhs is not valid as it is the choice of the owner to sell the bike or not

The offer can be renegotiated by the buyer and seller.

as the counter offer is made the earlier offer is terminated and now new offer price could be set up by the seller hence option A sets the best for the problem.
