The sides of the triangle is 20 m, 16 m and 12 m

s = (20+16+12)/2 = 24

(s-a) = 24-20 = 4

(s-b) = 24-16 = 8

(s-c) = 24-12=12

Area\hspace{0.2cm} of\hspace{0.2cm} a \hspace{0.2cm}triangle =\sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}

=\sqrt{24\times4\times8\times12}=\sqrt{9216}=96
