Resistance of the voltmeter, R=50\Omega, max voltage=0.05V. Connecting a shunt S in parallel with the multivoltmeter and using this combination in between the points A and B, we shall get an ammeter to meaure a maximum current I.

\\Now\ I_S. S=I_V R\\\\ S=\frac{I_V}{I_S} R=\frac{I_V}{1-I_V} R=\frac{V_R}{I-V / R} \cdot R=\frac{V}{I-V / R}=\frac{0.05}{1-\frac{0.05}{50}}\\ =0.05 \Omega
