The volume of a BCC unit cell is given bya^3 \times\ 2^(1/2) , where a is the edge length of the cube. Substituting the given values, we get the volume of the unit cell as 3^3 \times\2^(1/2) = 27 \times\1.414 = 38.178 \AA^3 .
