\cos \phi=\frac{R}{\sqrt{R^{2}+\left ( \frac{1}{2\pi \int c} \right )^{2}}}

\cos \phi=\frac{R}{\sqrt{4+\left ( \frac{1}{2\pi \times 20\times 0.4} \right )^{2}}}

\cos \phi=0.9999\approx 1

\cos \phi=1
