Stereoisomers have the same chemical formula and chemical bonds but they have different special arrangement

Since, this product is chiral, so it's mirror image will also be a possible isomer.

This one is not chiral. So, no mirror image isomer.

\therefore total possible isomers = 2+1 = 3
