Incomplete dominance -

This can be understood by the inheritance of flower color in (dog flower) - Snapdragon.

- wherein

The F1 had a  phenotype that aid not resemble either of the two parents and was in between them.

In heritance of pink flower colour in Antirrhium is a example of incomplete dominance. This is a variation of dominance , wherien the dominant - recessive relationship is not a completely followed in a hetorozygote neither red nor white colour is developed. Instead F1 represent pink coloured flowers. In F2 generation , the red, pink and white colour flowers are formed in the ratio of 1 : 2 : 1 respectively.

Law of segregation does apply in this experiment as each gamete contains an allele and allele segregation normally takes place. Law of Dominance is not applied.

Option 1)

This experiment does not follow the Principle of Dominace

Option 2)

Pink colour in F1generation is due to incomplete dominace.

Option 3)

Ratio of F2 is \frac{1}{4} (red):\frac{2}{4} (Pink) : \frac{1}{4} (white)
