Net Voltage = 20V

Voltage across 1 K\Omega= Voltage across Zener diode = 15 V

Current through 1 K \Omega = 15 m A

If current through 250 \Omega is I, then voltage across 250 \Omega is P 5V.

\Rightarrow I = \frac{5}{250}= 20 mA

\therefore current \ through \ dioxide = 5mA

Option 1)

10mA

This option is incorrect

Option 2)

15mA

This option is incorrect

Option 3)

20mA

This option is incorrect

Option 4)
