As we learnt in 

Wave Form (Sinusoidal) -

R.M.S. Value= frac{i_{0}}{sqrt{2}}

average value= frac{2i_{0}}{pi }

 

 e=300\sqrt{2}\sin \left ( 100t \right ), \omega=100

X_{c}=\frac{1}{\omega c}=\frac{1}{100\times 10^{-6}}=10^{4}

\Rightarrow I_{rms}=\frac{E_{rms}}{X_{c}}=\frac{\left ( \frac{300\sqrt{2}}{\sqrt{2}} \right )}{10^{4}}=30mA
