All resistance are in parallel then voltage will be same .

So, Current in each one \mathrm{i=\frac{10}{5}}           \mathrm{[\because V=IR,I=\frac{V}{R}]}

                                    \mathrm{i=2A}

The reading of Ammeter \mathrm{=(3\times2)A}

                                     \mathrm{=6A}

Hence option 1 is correct.
