As we learned

The radius of charged particle -

r=frac{mv}{qB}=frac{P}{qB}=frac{sqrt{}2mk}{qB}=frac{1}{B}sqrt{}frac{2mV}{q}

So we have

 r = mv/qB = P / qB 

p is the same for both 

So r \ \alpha \ \frac{1}{q}

 H^+ \: \: \: \: \Rightarrow q _{H ^+ } = 1 e \\\\ He ^{2+ }\Rightarrow \: \: \: q _{ He ^{2+}}= 2 e \\\\ so \: \: \frac{r _H }{r _{He}}= \frac{q _{He ^{2+}}}{q _{H ^+ }} = 2
