E=\frac{hc}{\lambda }

\lambda =45nm=45\times 10^{-9}m

h=6.62\times 10^{-34} \: J-S, \: C=3\times 10^{8}m/s

\therefore E=\frac{6062\times 10^{-34}\times 3\times 10^{8}}{45\times 10^{-9}}

=4.42\times 10^{-18} J
