Mitochondria -

Each mitochondria is a double membrane bound structure with the outer membrane and the inner membrane dividing its lumen distinctly into two aqueous compartments.

Nucleus, Mitochondria and Plastids contain DNA. Mitochondria and plastids are called semi autonomus because they can form some of the proteins using their own DNA . Vacuoles and lysosomes do not conatin DNA.
