Real Expansion -

\gamma_{real}=\gamma_{apparent}+\gamma_{vessel}

-

\gamma _{real}= \gamma _{app}+\gamma _{vessel}

So \left ( \gamma _{app}+\gamma _{vessel} \right )_{glass}= \left ( \gamma _{app}+\gamma _{vessel} \right )_{steel}

153\times 10^{-6}+\gamma _{vessel,glass}= 144\times 10^{-6}+\gamma _{vessel,steel}

\gamma _{vessel,steel}= 3\alpha = 3\times 12\times 10^{-6}/^{\circ}C\\* =36\times 10^{-6}/^{\circ}C

153\times 10^{-6}+\gamma _{vessel,glass}= 144\times 10^{-6}+36\times 10^{-6}

\gamma _{vessel,glass}=9\times 10^{-6}
