Faraday Second Law of Induction emf -

varepsilon = frac{-dphi }{dt}= -Lfrac{dI}{dt}

\varepsilon =L\frac{dI}{dt}

\frac{dI}{dt}= slope of graph

for 0<t<T/2, slope is positive & constant

T/2<t<T, slope is negative & constant

Hence only d represent correct value of V.
