Charge on one proton = +e = + 1.6 * 10-19C

Charge, q = ze

                = 50 * 1.6 * 10-19C

                = 80 * 10-19C

Now, electric potential:

                v = \frac{kq}{r} = \frac{kze}{r}

                v = \frac{9 * 10^{9} * 80 * 10^{-19}}{9*10^{-15}}

                     = 80 * 10^5 = 8 * 10^6 volt
