Hydrolysis of NH_4CI takes place as,

NH_4OH \rightleftharpoons NH_4^++OH^- \\ K_b=\frac{[NH_4^+][OH^-]}{[NH_4OH]} \quad ...(1)

Hydrolysis of ammonium ion is - 

NH_4^++H_2O \rightleftharpoons NH_4OH+H^+ \\ K_h=\frac{[NH_4OH][H^+]}{[NH_4^+]} \quad ...(2)

H_2O \rightleftharpoons H^+ +OH^- \quad ...(3)

From (1) and (2) and (3)

\\ K_{h} = \frac{[H^{+}][OH^{-}]}{K_{a}}\ \ \ \ \ [\because [H^{+}][OH^{-}] = K_{w} ] \\ \\ K_{h} = \frac{K_{w}}{K_{a}} \\ \\ \ \ =\frac{10^{-14}}{1.77 \times 10^{-5}}\\ \\ \ \ = 5.65 \times 10^{-10}

The Correct answer is option 4.
