As we have learned

Faraday’s First Law -

Whenever the number of magnetic lines of force (Magnetic Flux) passing through a circuit changes an emf called induced emf is produced in the circuit.

-

According to faradays law , whenever there is a change in magnetic flux passing  through a circuit , an induced emf or current is produced in circuit . Also current carrying conductor produces magnetics field that is pertpendicular to it .

So direction of current in loop is in such a way that it produces a magnetic field that oppose the magnetic field of bar magnet
