When will NEET application form be available?

The conducting authority, CBSE, will release NEET application form most likely on or before January 31, 2018. It must be filled online and requires interested candidates to mention all necessary details asked for, that they upload their photograph and signature and pay the mandatory fee. Candidates must make sure that they enter all the details carefully and that they submit the form well in advance before the last date to successfully appear in NEET UG 2018. NEET UG 2018 has been scheduled for May 06, 2018.

There are a few things candidates interested in NEET UG 2018 must know. Application form fee for general and OBC category candidates is Rs 1400 + GST and for SC/ST category candidates is Rs 750 + GST. As soon as candidates begin to apply online, they must fill details such as their name as per aadhaar card, name of parents as given in their high school certificates, their educational qualifications and annual income, category, date of birth, aadhaar number, gender, nationality, email id, mobile number, question paper language, qualifying examination code, choice of examination centre etc.

Other details that candidates must fill are personal details, educational details, communication details, test centre preferences and examination preferences details. As soon as candidates successfully submit NEET UG 2018 application form, a print confirmation page will be generated. The photograph uploaded should be the photograph of the applicant. It must be a recent passport colour photograph in preferably white background.

NEET 2018 admit card will be available in the third week of April and will have details such as name of the candidate, father’s name, roll number, category, sub-category, photograph, signature, date of birth, medium of question paper and name and address of the examination centre allotted. Candidates at the time of taking the printout of the admit card must make sure that all the details have been printed on it carefully. In case they identify any discrepancy, they must contact the conducting authority at once and have the same rectified.
