\mathrm{ \frac{\mathrm{I}_0}{\mathrm{I}}=4, \quad \mathrm{x}=7 \mathrm{~mm} \text { (given) } }

\mathrm{ \Rightarrow \mu=\frac{2.303 \log _{10} \frac{\mathrm{I}_0}{\mathrm{I}}}{\mathrm{x}} }

\mathrm{ \mu=\frac{2.303 \log _{10} 4}{7}=\frac{2.303 \times 0.6023}{7}}

\mathrm{ \mu=0.198 \mathrm{~mm}^{-1}}

Hence option 3 is correct.
