$Area\ =\ \frac{\Theta}{360^{\circ}}\ \times \pi r^2$

or                                                             $=\ \frac{115^{\circ}}{360^{\circ}}\ \times \pi \times 25^2$

or                                                            $=\ \frac{158125}{252}\ cm^2$

Hence the required area (area cleaned by both blades) is given by:-

$=\ 2\times \frac{158125}{252}\ =\ \frac{158125}{126}\ cm^2$
