(a) The normal force on the floor will be the reaction force due to crew and passengers.

Using Newton's laws of motion we can write :

$N\ -\ m_cg\ =\ m_ca$

Thus                                     $N\ =\ m_ca\ +\ m_cg$

or                                                 $=\ 300\left ( 15\ +\ 10 \right )$

or                                                $=\ 7500\ N$

The direction of normal force on the floor will be vertically upward.
