Number of days where concentration of $\mathrm{SO}_{2}$  is more than 0.11
        = Number of days where concentration is in between 0.12-0.16
       + Number of days where concentration is in between 0.16-0.20
       + Number of days where concentration is in between 0.20-0.24
        \begin{array}{l} =2+4+2 \\ =8 \end{array}
