Given problem is
$\left ( \frac{1}{5}+i\frac{2}{5} \right )-\left ( 4+i\frac{5}{2} \right )$
Now, we will reduce it into

$\left ( \frac{1}{5}+i\frac{2}{5} \right )-\left ( 4+i\frac{5}{2} \right ) = \frac{1}{5}+i\frac{2}{5}-4-i\frac{5}{2}$
$= \frac{1-20}{5}+i\frac{(4-25)}{10}$
$= -\frac{19}{5}-i\frac{21}{10}$

Therefore, the answer is  $-\frac{19}{5}-i\frac{21}{10}$
