Given problem is
\left ( \frac{1}{5}+i\frac{2}{5} \right )-\left ( 4+i\frac{5}{2} \right )
Now, we will reduce it into

\left ( \frac{1}{5}+i\frac{2}{5} \right )-\left ( 4+i\frac{5}{2} \right ) = \frac{1}{5}+i\frac{2}{5}-4-i\frac{5}{2}
                                                  = \frac{1-20}{5}+i\frac{(4-25)}{10}
                                                  = -\frac{19}{5}-i\frac{21}{10}

Therefore, the answer is  -\frac{19}{5}-i\frac{21}{10}
