            1 kgm^2s^{-2} = (1000g)(100cm)^2s^{-2} = (10^3 \times10^{4})gcm^2s^{-2} = 10^{7}\ gcm^2s^{-2}

(b) 1 m = 1.057\times10^{-16} ly   (1 ly = Distance travelled by light in 1 year )
