When a die is tossed twice , total outcomes = 36

Six does not appear on any of the die  :  $P(X=0)=\frac{5}{6} \times \frac{5}{6}=\frac{25}{36}$

Six appear on atleast one die  : $P(X=1)=\frac{1}{6} \times \frac{5}{6}+ \frac{1}{6}\times \frac{5}{6}=\frac{5}{18}$

Probability distribution is as :

 X 0 1 P(X) $\frac{25}{36}$ $\frac{5}{18}$
