In $\Delta PDC \, \, and\, \, \, \Delta BEC$ ,

$\angle CDP=\angle CEB$ ( Both angles are right angle)

$\angle C=\angle C$ (Common )

$\Delta PDC \sim \Delta BEC$ ( By AA criterion)
