Given that,
Length of the square park = 75m
Length and breadth of the rectangular park is 60 m and 45m respectively

Therefore,
The perimeter of the square park 
= 4 \times 75 
=300 m

Also, the Perimeter of the rectangular park
= 2 \times( 60 + 45)
=2 \times105m
=210m

Hence Bulbul covers the less distance.
