With what force does each person push the motorcar? (Assume that all persons push the motorcar with the same muscular effort.)

From the question, it is clear that two person pushes the car with constant velocity. But when the third person pushes it has some acceleration. Thus the third person is responsible for the acceleration generated.

Force by the third person is given by :

                                                          F\ =\ ma

                                                                 =\ 1200\times 0.2\ =\ 240\ N

Hence the force from each man is 240 N.
