-1/2+[(-4/3)+3/7] and [(-1/2)+3/7]+(-4/3) are they same.

Yes,both are same. We can verify. 

-1/2 + (-4/3+3/7) = 

= -1/2 + [(-28+9)/21]

=-1/2 - 19/21

=(-21 - 38)/42

= - 59/42

 

[(-1/2)+3/7]+(- 4/3) = 

 =[(-7+6)/14] - 4/3

= -1/14 - 4/3

=(- 3 - 56)/42

= - 59/42

Hence both are same.

LHS:-
    LCM=21
   -4/3*7/7=-28/21       } =-28+9/21
    3/7*3/3=9/21          } =-19/21
-19/21+-1/2
  LCM=42
-19/21*2/2=-38/42      }=-38+-21/42
-1/2*21/21=-21/42      }=-59/42

RHS:-
      LCM=14
-1/2*7/7=-7/14     }=-7+6/14
3/7*2/2=6/14       }=-1/14
      -1/14+-4/3
LCM=42
-1/14*3/3=3/42          }=-3+56/42
-4/3*14/14=-56/42     }=-59/42
           LHS=RHS
