Solution: Let A arrives first B comes second 

probability for B to come within 15 minutes =15/60=1/4

Let B arrives first A come second

Prabability Of A come within 15 minutes =15/60=1/4

Out of these two case s 

only one is possible Either A or B come first 

so  Prabability for A come first =1/2 

prabability of B come first =1/2

 \ 1/2 imes 1/4+1/2 imes 1/4=1/4
