When electromagnetic waves fall on charged particles they bring the charges into motion, which generally shows that electromagnetic waves have both energy and momentum.
b) When the sun shines, we feel energy absorbed from electromagnetic waves on our body. Electromagnetic waves also transfer momentum to your hand but because c is very large, the amount of momentum transferred is extremely small and you do not feel the pressure
